Savory Bread & Cheese Bake (12)

From Moosewood Restaurant's Simple Suppers cookbook, I present the Savory Bread & Cheese Bake. Tim bought me this cookbook in April for my birthday, and I absolutely love it! I have read through it multiple times, but this is just the second recipe I have made from it. It's delicious, comforting, and filling.

Bread, cheese, milk, eggs, scallions, salt, pepper, dijon mustard, and that's it!

I served it with corn on the cob and a tomato-cucumber salad.
